Electircal and electronic system(E/E) is an important part of the automobilcThc circuitis the main part of the system and transports the electrical power and the signal. The dirvemotor,powcr battery,motor controller,battery management device and vehicle controllermodule are installed in the hybrid heavy-duty vehicles.So the circuit becomes more complexand the circuit of electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more stirct.Thetraditional circuit design doesn’t ensure its reliability requirement,Therefo’re,its particularlyimportant for the hybird heavy-duty vehicles to meet the functional requirements,improvecircuit interference and simpliifes the wiirng harness circuit design.Depatrure from the circuit characteristics and working pirnciple of the hybirdheavy-duty vehicles,based on reliability principles^proposed hybird heavy-duty vehiclescircuit design measures through reliability analysis,take the CAN bus technology applied tohybird heavy vehicles in the signal transmission for the first time?simplifying complexwiirng,through the analysis of circuits and electrical module reliability affect factors?designedthe circuit layout program.Finally, take SX5256DH434PIIEV hybird sanitation truck CANbus interference expeirments and vchiclc reliability test,take a vehicle electircal systemreliability evaluation combined with the experimental results.The results show the feasibility of the circuit design of hybird heavy vehicles. The studyfound that;1installation of freewheeling diodes and other circuit elements in the low-voltagecircuits to inhibit the conducted interference; point grounded shield shielding methods caninhibit the coupling interference between the lines;2)The application of CAN bus technologyin the hybird heavy-duty vehicles signal transmission have a high reliability, and reduced thenumber of circuits, thereby enhancing the reliability of the entire circuit system, J1939protocol "recommended the SLOT versatility, can be moer simple to develop PGN;3)vehiclereliability test failures due to electircal and electronic components failure caused by subject tovibration.that shows the vibration is an important factors of the hybrid heavy-duty vehiclereliability.
