Guangyuan Nanhe Wetland Park As An Example Of City Wetland Park Planning And Design

The wetland park is ecological them park which keeps the unique features of natural landscape and maintain the ecological balance and the coordinated development of different species of plants and animals in internal system. Besides, people construct different types of auxiliary facilities on the basis of no destruction of wetland ecological system in order to combine with the ecological protection, ecological tourism and ecological education organically. The wetland park are theme, natural and ecological, it has many functions, for example, ecological protection, ecological tourism, ecological science education, and research. With the development of city and the deterioration of city ecological environment, besides, the demands of Wetland Park for the construction of ecological city is also rising, people put forward some higher requirements on the city wetland park planning, construction, and operation. The city wetland park planning and design work become the important premise.Based on Guangyuan Nanhe wetland park planning and design, this paper introduces the design elements of the urban wetland park in details, and analyses the park construction conditions from the various aspects of location, surrounding environment, natural condition, social economy, and infrastructure construction. According to national laws, regulations and planning basis, it adheres to reasonable development principle, function principle, aesthetic principle, ecological priority, protection principle and respects for scientific and practical guiding ideology and principles. In order to highlight the wetland ecological environment, the use of new ecological construction concept, regional culture characteristic of landscape architecture, the reasonable use of existing network system, the planning idea of reasonable management and utilization of land resources, they set the park as a large open city wetland park with three functions:wetland protection, popular science propaganda and city park. The overall layout of the park is "eight zones, two regions, and two axes". Eight zones:ecological wet areas, wet pastoral area, flowers area, fragrant area, four seasons gallery area, forest Hetian area, forest nursing area, folk-custom cultural area. Two regions:Nanhe wetland region, Wanyuan River wetland region. Two axes: ecological landscape and folk culture. Eight zones cover the entire park and they are main places to visit, two rivers landscape is depended by the park landscape construction and ecological construction, two axes run through the entire park to be its feature. In this paper,1also made some other detailed planning and description about the park landscape, ecology, planting, park roads, buildings, safety planning, park management planning, the main economic and technical indicators, investment evaluation, and benefit evaluation and so on.
