The rapid development of the aerospace industry has put forward higher requirements for mission support capability of space launch center.Integrated command and display system,as the command hub of Space Launch Center for launching test mission,plays an important role in ensuring the success of launching mission.The integrated command and display system collects the monitoring data of the five subsystems of launching site measurement and control,measurement and transmission,meteorology,communication and service,and converts them into visual information for staff to grasp the task situation.Rocket critical action evaluation is an important function of integrated command and display system.It is important for assisting command decision-making and guiding the whole flight mission to accurately and efficiently evaluate the critical action status by fusing multi-source TT&C data.Based on the fact that the evaluation of key actions needs to synthesize multi-source evidence information,and the evidence information may be uncertain due to environmental factors,the D-S evidence theory,which is widely used in dealing with uncertainties,is chosen to evaluate the key actions of rockets through the research of information fusion technology.In this paper,based on previous research and practical applications,We have done the following work:(1)Research on the Improvement Method of D-S Evidence Theory.Aiming at the Zadeh paradox,poor robustness and voting rejection of D-S synthesis rules,We propose an improved evidence fusion method.The degree of evidence support can be described by the compatibility coefficient.Therefore,based on the compatibility coefficient between the evidence,we first determine a weight of the original evidence and use the weighted average method to obtain the average evidence and use it as reference evidence.Then,according to the concept of similarity between evidence,the similarity between original evidence and reference evidence is used as a discount factor to modify the original evidence.Finally,the revised original evidence is fused by D-S synthesis rules.The numerical examples and comparative analysis show that this method can effectively solve several failure problems of evidence theory on the basis of retaining the good mathematical properties of evidence theory itself,and the fusion effect is better and the convergence speed is faster.(2)Application of improved D-S evidence theory to the evaluation of key rocket movements.Firstly,in view of the problem of constructing the basic probability allocation function of DS evidence theory in practical application and the characteristics of key action evaluation,the basic probability allocation function of telemetry evidence with continuous random variables is constructed by introducing the fuzzy membership degree.For telemetry evidence of discrete random variables,the basic probability distribution function of evidence is determined based on expert evaluation.Then,the decision rules based on the maximum basic probability distribution function are determined for the decision of fusion results.The simulation results show that the method based on the improved D-S evidence theory can effectively fuse the multi-source telemetry evidence information and accurately evaluate the state of the rocket's key actions(3)In the design and implementation of the system,the key action evaluation method based on improved D-S evidence theory is applied to the detailed implementation of state evaluation.At present,the system has shown good results in trial operation,and all functions meet the needs of use.
