As matters stand, the problem of the isolated information is largely existed in the electric power enterprise. Each application subsystem is supplied by different software vendors to serve for different business units, and their information models are privately owned by each application system, which are unable to interact under different operating conditions.This thesis discusses the practical problems in the application of the smart grid, such as different computer systems are not functionally related, information are not sharing, and information and business process are out of joint. In addition, a scheme for the solution to the information interaction bus based on SOA is proposed and realized for electric power enterprise. Based on the thorough study of information exchange stand of IEC61968, the author conducted a software design and structure analysis on the smart grid information interaction system, and achieved the target of interaction among all application systems in distribution network as well as the feasibility and practicability of information sharing. The information interaction system designed by the author used the SOA, and the project of bus application was conducted by the combination of the technology of XML and Web Service, on the other hand, the information storage and transmission was worked with the distribution network business XML news document formulated by IEC61968as carriers, and achieved its standardization through the XML Schema based on distribution business.With the case of outage management and the practical application of equipment reshuffle which the author participated, this thesis illustrates those functions in outage management business,such as how to promote integration of information through information interactive bus, fault location and intelligent isolation, and the real-time tracking of on-line repair; in equipment reshuffle business, the unified share data of distribution network provided by the information interaction bus services for other related application systems and lays a good foundation for a higher level of the power grid management application.In the design scheme of information interactive system presented in this thesis, without any modification to the system itself, each application system connects information interactive bus through the interface adapter; taking IEC61968as its standard, the data exchange conducted through the bus makes the information interaction among application systems more efficient and standard. Therefore, the information interactive bus-organized design scheme effectively solves the problem of the isolated information in power distribution system.
