With the increasing pressure of the global environment, many countries have strict requirement about environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction and sustainable development. Meanwhile, with the improvement of power market and the users’increasing requirement of power reliability and quality, it is necessary for the power grid to provide safe, reliable, clean and high quality electric power in order to satisfy the needs of various types of energy power generation mode. With all the reasons above, many countries put forward to the construction of smart grid. And the use of modern communication technology, information technology, marketing technology is the most important part in the construction of intelligent electric two-way interactive services system.In this paper, first we study the key communication techniques and intelligent electric key techniques between users and the grid. Then we present an analysis on the interactive information service system needs. Base on the research above, a communication network scheme between grid interactive communication center and the user side access network is proposed. And we focus on the analysis of the use of networking scheme of electric information acquisition system and the network of large user interaction network scheme and residents of user interaction.In order to actualize the interaction between power grid and users, this paper designs the bidirectional system side service platform of power grid and user and user side bidirectional interactive system. In this way, a two-way interaction system between grid and users of the platform is developed. This system integrates various technologies of intelligent electricity, and actualizes the two-way data transmission and communication between the user and the grid which makes the interactive system diversified, comprehensive and systematic. Meanwhile, the system promotes the users to reach a better understanding of their own electricity situation. This can be favorable to arrangements for the use of electricity, reducing outage losses of the users in peak load power and improving all aspects of the economic benefit. The power grid feedback the electricity load information to the user in order to build the interaction between the user and power grid, and strengthen the awareness and behaviors of energy-saving of the user.
