In this dissertation, using a method of putting theoretical analysis and experimental research together to design and build a ultra-high-speed rotating test-bed of base bleed unit, and using this test device to research the combustion characteristics of the base bleed propellant in the condition of ultra-high-speed rotating.Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of original test-bed, offered the design proposal of the ultra-high-speed rotating test-bed and completed its transformation. The main contents on this part includes:analyzed the overall structure of the test device, chose the horizontal type spindle, replaced the high-speed motor and belt, combined the ultra-high-speed rotating test-bed system, speed test system, the data collection system and processing of the internal pressure measurement, overcame the difficulty which comes from the rotate speed test and pressure measurement, and then improving the accuracy of the test results, guaranteed the interior ballistics test could be going on smoothly under the conditions of ultra-high-speed rotating.Then summed up the computing ways of the base bleed propellant burning rate and established the expression of burning rate increase coefficient which caused by the rotation effect, further improved the interior ballistic solution of base bleed projectile, and predicted the combustion characteristics when the rotational speed closed to the actual speed. Through the experimental research of base bleed propellant that carried out on the new test-bed, and made a comparison between the experimental results and the predicted results.The theoretical analysis is proved to be true by comparing the two results above. The practicability and stability of the new ultra-high-speed rotating test-bed was verified by the success of the experiment. The achievements of this dissertation are helpful for reference and practical consulting value for researching persons who major in base bleed projectile.
