Base Bleed-Rocket extended range technology has become the first choice of modern projectile extended range technology because of its simple structure,reliable performance and high extended range rate.The high-speed rotating test-bed rotates at high speed by driving the bleed device/rocket,provides conditions for studying the performance of base bleed device/rocket in flight.One of the key requirements is to test control the rotating speed of the turntable according to the change of the rotating speed during the actual flight of the projectile.This paper focuses on the principle and characteristic analysis of the rotating speed control system of the rotating test-bed,the design of software and hardware of the control system,the design of the rotating speed control algorithm of the rotating bed and the ignition experiment of the base bleed/rocket.The control principle of the rotating speed of the rotating bed system is analyzed,and the mathematical model of the system is established.It is pointed out that there exists time-varying phenomena in the working process of base bleed device/rocket,and the main reason for this phenomenon is that the moment of inertia decreases gradually with the discharge grain,time-varying phenomena have great influence on the controller and the time-varying phenomenon of moment of inertia will increase the response time and overshoot of the control system.The whole scheme of the control system is designed.According to the requirements of experimental control,the spindle motor and driver are selected as the actuator of the turntable control system and the hardware of the controller is built and debugged.At the same time,the control strategy based on MCU is established.The software design part includes the programming of PC software based on Labview and embedded controller programming.In the process of joint debugging of the system,it is found that the disturbance of the driver and motor to the measuring system is too large,and the cause analysis and solution are given.The speed control algorithm of control system is studied.Controllers are designed respectively for different characteristics of the bleed device and rocket during combustion.Focusing on the time-varying moment of inertia of the system,it is not suitable for the traditional PID controller.The fuzzy-PID controller designed in this paper can make the proportional and integral coefficients on-line tuning according to the designed fuzzy rules on the traditional PID controller,to make the control algorithm has better adaptive function of real-time tuning,so then the system can control the real-time change of parameters.The accuracy of the control algorithm is verified by experiments,and the experimental phenomena are analyzed.
