Study On The Design And Characteristics Of Flashing Pyrotechnics

Study on the flashing pharmacy would be useful because of its light intensity for burning. Flashing pharmacy belongs to pyrotechnics whose burning can produce flashing and luminescent results. In the first, this thesis summarizes simply the research situation of flashing pharmacy at home and abroad, then emphatically elaborates the basic theory of pyrotechnic thermal radiation, designs the flashing pharmaceutical formulations, and analyzes the factors affecting the luminescent properties of flashing pyrotechnic and the mechanism of flashing.First, the basic performances of various oxidants, reducing agents, adhesives and additives have been discussed, initially identified the range of flashing pharmaceutical formulations through theoretical calculation and comparison. The flashing pharmaceutical formulations which can match the requirements of the best can be selected according to the testing results given by using the SGX-100flash light intensity detector to the initial formulations. The influence on parameters performance which are the mass fraction, additives and adhesives, pharmaceutical density, flash light intensity, frequency, burning duration and color purity has been studied by using of the orthogonal testing method carefully. At last, the instrument of the HG-100high-speed photography has been coordinated with thermometer, aimed at analyzing and investigating the mechanism and reason of producing flash. It is concluded that the phenomenon of generating "turn on and off" was caused by producing solid-liquid mixture to cover the lower pharmacy in the combustion process.
