Double-base propellant is the energy source of military weaponry and civilian booster.It is significant to design fine-property propellant for improving the level of national defense modernization.There may not exist solution by using optimization technique to solve the formulation.This thesis proposes the conceptual design model and solution evaluation method of the double-base propellant formulation.And a formulation conceptual design software system for double-base propellant was designed and realized.The main contents are as follows:1.In order to solve the problem that optimization design for the formulation may result in no solution,a conceptual design model of double-base propellant formulation based on quality function deployment(QFD)and axiomatic design(AD)was proposed.Firstly,transform customers' requirements into the functional requirements by the house of quality.Next,the technical requirements as a design specification,according to the process that"functional domains-theory domains-measures domains-physical domain",decompose the conceptual formulations of double-base propellant using function requirements mapping.In the end,the formulations are stored in a tree structure.2.This thesis proposed a method using triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the conceptual formulation of double-base propellant according to the factors effecting formulation performance of ambiguity and multi-indicator.By establishing the hierarchy model of evaluation factors,structuring the triangular fuzzy judgment matrix,and removing fuzziness of evaluation index to obtain the weight of each evaluation index.Finally,determining the overall evaluation value of scheme by combining with the evaluation value of experts to the candidate and the weight of each evaluation index.3.This thesis designs knowledge base,function module,design process of the software system of double-base propellant conceptual design,and implements the system formulation conceptual design of double-base propellant based on QFD and AD conceptual design model.At last,comparison and analysis are made among the results of conceptual formula.The experimental results show that to solve the formula could satisfy function requirement and the maximum and minimum content at step of preliminary conceptual design,then the formulation is optimized by the scheme evaluation method,which can ensure that detailed design(optimization)formula have an optimal solution.In traditional design of formulation,a new method according to "conceptual design+detailed design+performance forecast+redesign" can effectively avoid the optimization risk of no solution.At the same time,improving the efficiency of formula design,reducing the cost of formula design.
