With the continuous development of science and technology, and the constant improvement of weaponry performance requirements, the demand for the speed and torque in servo control system is getting higher and higher. A variety of traditional control methods were also accompanied by the updates of the science and technology, simultaneously a number of classical control methods in new hardware platform gained ever more excellent performance. Especially, the emergence of the digital signal processor (DSP) and programmable logic device greatly gave impetus to the servo control technology that will develop to the integrated and intelligent direction.This paper, based on one type of vehicle weapon system servo control technology research, described the composition, analysis, and design of the control system in detail.The main content includes the composition, function and technical specifications of the servo control device; also a servo control system model was researched and established, respectively discussing and simulating to the azimuth, pitching channel. In the introduction to the design for control system, the methods for control system analysis and design was expounded simultaneously combined with the engineering examples, such as some typical problems and solutions like the effect of transmission gap and compensation to servo system. By linking theory with practice, this paper introduced the classic control algorithm that could obtain more excellent performance in new hardware platform, and applied in practice. The actual test results could coincide with the theoretical results; At the same time, the function of hardware anti-interference and over current protection were designed in this paper. The fifth chapter introduced the workflow of the control system and the design of function modules in the multi-task real-time operating system named Delta OS. In order to facilitate programming, debugging and maintenance of the system, the source code was designed in a modular method.The model of control system and the analysis results of simulation can entirely meet the requirements to the performance indicators. Control system modeling, simulation analysis and design results, can satisfy the performance index.
