The application of the pneumatic servos in the modern guided weapon is the most. And it was also comparatively matured executive device, servo is a highly exact position servo system, it was weapon guided control system executive device, it was also the importance component of the flight control system. The course of the flight dynamic properties is determined by the performance of the servo. The paper is combined with some missile’s structure properties of the pneumatic servo, doing some analysis of the failure testing example, the purpose is to make a more clearly and acknowledge the technical difficulty of the servo in the designing and the manufacturing, and used it for a reference to the same king or a similar of the new products in the producing and developing.The paper is to state the technical specifications、the structure properties and the working principle of some missile. Combined with the actual manufacturing of the servo, using some faulty activity in the action of the actual producing and the testing of the servo as a begin point, focused on the working time is shorted and the delay time overall in the low temperature environment, and the missile falls on the ground while in right rolling, and doing some analysis of the fault mechanism and do the faulty location, making the correspondence proposal of the improvement measure in the view point of the technical and producing course control. Through the low temperature lighted testing on the ground, semi physical simulation and flight test in the shooting ground verified that the measures took in the course of the faulty location was effective, and make a good result in the actual producing action. And so in here make a collection and arrangement of the part result and published in the form of paper, its has some practice basics.
