| In the new situation of rapid economic progress,the urban development deepens,and various types of bricks are largely used in eonstruction and other industries.The rapid development of repression brick machine led to the development of industrial palletizing machines. At present, most of the electricity industry palletizer systems, stability and security is poor.In this paper, based on actual engineering stacking machine, pneumatic servo control technology will be applied to the industrial palletizing machine, it has a simple structure, high control accuracy advantages, and meet the process requirements of the palletizer.First, according to the site parameters of the palletizer, optimize its power source and actuators. Design of new palletizing machine pneumatic servo control system, and made a selection for the part of the key components of the pneumatic system.Secondly, establishing the mathematical model of the key subsystems- VRLA vertical pneumatic cylinder position control system, use the software Matlab to analyze the stability of the system. Modeling and simulation the pneumatic servo system with AMEsim.The pneumatic proportional valve and proportional pressure valve were established by using AMEsim and the dynamic and static simulation analysis was carried on. According to requirements of process equipment, design the system controller,. Analysis the entire servo system, and find a reasonable controller parameters.Finally, in the laboratory,do some simulation experiments of lifting cylinder position closed loop control system and the system after balance load, obtain the superiority of the system after balance load.Based on theparameters obtained by debugging control more rational parameters, verify the correctness ofthe design of pneumatic servo system.Palletizing machine designed in this paper is specifically for supporting the use of fly ash brickpressing forming machine, it also has the guiding sense for other control system of palletizing machine. |
