A Study Of The Industrial Architecture Design Under The Guidance Of The Industrial Tourism

The development of multi-level and comprehensive industrial tourism tends to bea new trend. It can not only meet the needs of the tourists, but also bring hugediversified and comprehensive benefits to the enterprises and the society. Along withthe awareness of corporate brand culture and corporate image increasingly deepened,industrial tourism development has become a hot topic in recent years. However, thedevelopment of our industrial tourism practice and theory lags behind. Eachenterprise in the industry still works alone with its limited power, so there is noformation of regionalization and systemization. In this case, the development ofindustrial architecture design is extremely backward, mainly performing in poorquality of the environment, low utilization of the land, serious absence of the culturalconnotation and severe shrinking of the potential value. Therefore, our study ofindustrial architecture design under the guidance of the industrial tourism isparticularly urgent and important.According to the case study and relevant demonstration of industrial tourismpractice in our country, this article proposes industrial building design strategies andmethods suited to the conditions in China, and focuses on the analysis of theories andmethods based on the industrial architecture design under the guidance of theindustrial tourism. There are seven chapters in the paper. Chapter1presents theobjects and purposes of the research. Then the following chapters introduces therelated concepts and well-known cases at home and abroad, analyses the key points ofindustrial architecture design under the guidance of the industrial tourism from theplanning level, environmental level and building level, finally applies the practicalcases to demonstrate the theoretical study to closely integrate the theory with thepractices. The author, who once worked in Sany Group Headquarters during theinternship, responsible for industrial architecture design and its overall project designand management, profoundly realized that a large gap of industrial architecture designbetween China and the developed countries exists. Therefore, we have to maximizethe potential value of the industrial architecture, reconstruct those industrial buildingswhich are lack of cultural spirit from essence, develop the architectural designconcept with the tide of the times. This article refers to a large number of literatures, systematically compares andcomments on the present research situation of the industry tourism and industrialbuilding at home and abroad, proposes directional strategy of the industrialarchitecture design under the guidance of the industrial tourism from the macroscopiclevel, and concludes the thought and methods of the industrial architecture designfrom the micro level. The study, based on the strategies and methods of the industrialarchitecture design under the guidance of the industrial tourism, will havesignificance to perfect the theoretical research of China’s industrial architectural, toimprove the quality of the industrial architecture connotation, to arouse the majorityof architects to pay attention to the industrial architecture design, and to provide therelated references for the industrial architecture design in the future.
