The Research On The Planning Of Industrial Zone Based On The Guiding Of Industrial Tourism

Under the background of urbanization and modern industrialization,the industrial park,as an important part of spatial carrier of industrial cluster and urban function space,is not only an effective form of urban industrial development,but also the core component of the urban land development.on the other side,along with our country entering the public leisure era gradually,in order to meet people's increasing tourism demand,travel content need to be more diversified,and industrial tourism,as part of the tourism industry,its development content,including sightseeing,product experience,studies on production line training,leisure,entertainment,shopping and other tourist products also need to be more thorough.Taking advantage of the leading role of industrial tourism to promote transformation and upgrading of industrial park industry integration and improve the quality of campus environment,is beneficial to optimize regional economic structure,and plays an important role in the road of new industrialization of our country.At present,in the big development pattern of global tourism,the development of industrial tourism in China is facing a huge bottleneck.In the aspect of theory,industrial tourism research is relatively lack in our country.We are short of the meanings of industrial tourism under global tourism background.Industrial tourism development mode also still stays in the traditional classification system.Industrial tourism,as a branch of tourism,is a special tourism projects,most of the practice as well as the city's industrial tourism research focused on the enterprise level,the practice research on the industrial park level is less,and most research gathered in industrial tourism development model,tourism products system,etc.The specific planning method as well as the planning design are rarely take in to deep consideration.So this article is mainly fouces on the plan of industrial park in the perspective of industrial tourism.By adopting comprehensive analysis,model demonstration,exploration and practice,I putted forward the industrial park planning and construction of related policies under the industrial tourism orientation,and explored the development path of sustainable and innovative park.By researching on the basis of the relevant fundamental research and combing the development of industrial tourism in our country,I analyzed the current industrial tourism development in our country and the problems in the perspective of industrial tourism industrial park planning.Through the analysis of the types of industrial parks of different industrial tourism development mode and the spot investigation and planning for each type of individual park,combining with the related basic theory and foreign classic case study,I putted forward the system of the architecture of the building,the space layout model,and the public service facilities layout method under the industrial tourism industrial park industry innovatively.Finally through the concrete practice of the modern industrial park,the promotion planning system model of suzhou industrial park,I verified the conclusions mentioned above.From the macro level,by analyzing the potential,the overall industrial tourism resources,the market demand,the problems existing in the present situation of industrial tourism development,the development strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of suzhou industrial park,I proposed the industrial tourist guide in suzhou industrial park industry system building and space layout and the public service facilities layout of concrete strategy;In the micro level,by taking RMP analysis of suzhou international science park,I putted forward the building tourism product system,industrial system and space layout and traffic flow line organization.These planning strategy contributes to the realization of ecological industrial park,the sustainable development,so as to our country industrial tourism development and subsequent industrial park planning and design.
