To study the influence of the inlet total pressure distortion on the small flow turbojet engine performance and stability, on the basis of engine stability design and assessment technology theory and the existing assessment method of inlet total pressure distortion on high flow engine, this paper selected a small flow turbojet engine as a platform to carry out a small flow of turbojet engine inlet total pressure assessment technology, in order to explore the works for inlet total pressure distortion a small flow turbojet engine and test methods for assessing. Also, pay attention to design technique of the engine inlet total pressure distortion generator and total pressure distortion rotating measuring device.In this paper, the work of the establishment of small flow turbojet engine inlet total pressure distortion assessment technology, established evaluation method and key technology solutions, developed total pressure distortion generator and the total pressure distortion index rotation measuring device. Study by means of numerical simulation and experiment obtain the design parameters of distortion simulation device and the inlet total pressure distortion parameters of several working conditions; application of assessment technology for a certain type of small flow turbojet engine, S shaped inlet conduit matching and the ability to test high-altitude study. Through this study reached the following conclusions:(1) developed a inlet total pressure distortion analog composite device with distortion analog board and some different length straight pipe which can simulate a certain intensity of inlet total pressure distortion. With the distortion test and numerical simulation can better simulate and measure the downstream flow field of inlet total pressure distortion generator, the test and numerical results agree well, to help engineers more accurately grasp the total pressure distortion and impact of laws to reduce the blindness test.(2) The rotary measuring device can measure more measuring points without increasing the number of measuring probe, and can reduce the incorrect measurement result. Then, the distortion measurement results are more realistic and accurate, suitable for measuring the distortion parameters of low flow turbojet engine inlet pressure distortion test.(3) The completion of the evaluation method of a small flow turbojet engine inlet total pressure distortion evaluation, access to the inlet total pressure distortion on engine performance and stability, and identify the main condition of the engine inlet total pressure of anti-distortion limit the ability, and provide an important technical support for the turbojet engine development.(4) The results of this assessment technique for the small flow turbojet/turbo fan engine of anti-total pressure distortion provide a feasible and effective testing procedures and methods, with a simple structure and test equipment, low cost, easy to adjust distortion intensity, and other advantages.
