| To face the severe vibration problems, it has disadvantage to study the vibrationproblems using single variable, so the method of power flow refering to two variablesincluding the force and the velocity become the hot issues. Meanwhile, finite element methodis the numerical analysis method which is commonly used. Complex engineering problemsare easy to realize and of reliability by using finite element method. The power flow methodbased on the finite element method is adopted to evaluate the vibration and study the energytransmission form of the turntable structure.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, according to the dynamic response equation of the finite element, the theory ofthe continuum body’s power flow is gained based on the theory of the power flow.Secondly, the vibration problem of the turntable’s key parts is analysed. According to thestructural features of the turntable structure, it is simplified into shell structure and compositestructure including the shell and the solid. The vibration energy transmission characteristics ofthe plate and the shafts structures are studied using ABAQUS. The influence of the powerflow from the plate parameters and the bolt pre-tightening force is discussed. Besides, thepower flow experiment of the plate is conducted to explain the reliability of the simulationusing ABAQUS.Thirdly, the vibration of the whole turntable is studied. First of all, the key parts issimplified, especially the bearing as the dissipative cell. The stiffness matrix of the bearing isestablished, and the bearing is replaced by connector elements in ABAQUS. Then thevibration of the whole model is stimulated. The transmission path of the power flow in theturntable is obtained according to the chart of the flow path and the figure of the power flowcurve of the parts. At last, the dampers are put on the plate to study the effect to the vibration.Fourly, visualization research of the power flow is conducted. Based on object-orientedPython language, post-processing secondary development on ABAQUS is operated. Theclouds map of the power flow is obtained as the field variable, and the numerical of the powerflow can be read in the clouds map. Then visualization of the power flow is realized.The vibration power flow of the turntable is analysed based on FEM, the effect of someparameters on the power flow is studied, these studies provide the base for reducing vibration. |
