Along with the development of construction industry in ourcountry, high-rise buildings by leaps and bounds.Aerial workplatform instead of traditional scaffold has been recognized. Andbe used widely. Aerial work platform are widely used inconstruction of exterior decoration, cleaning and maintenance etchomework occasion at the some time it install mobile andmanipulation convenient, so it provided convenience forconstruction.Based on the existing regular suspended platform designprinciple,and then according to related design parameters and anumber of related references, design the structure of ZLP500L typehigh work suspended platform. Combined with the actual workcondition to get load of suspended platform. Calculate theinternal force of suspended platform hyperstatic structure to getthe distribution of the moment under the condition1. Checksuspended platform important parts and the bolt coupling strengthand rigidity to ensure the structure design meet the correspondingactual work requirements.Based on the modern design idea and technical route by finiteelement simulation, establish the entity model of suspendedplatform, properly abstract and simplified the suspended platformmodel on the premise of analysis results. Using finite elementanalysis software ANSYS which provided language APDL to parametricfinite element modeling. Make the statics analysis to calculatethe stress intensity and concrete forms deformation in three riskconditions and compare the results, find the dangerous position ofstructure, which provides the safety basis for suspended platform.Analyse the dynamic characteristics under the statics analysisincluding modal analysis and transient analysis. Make the modalanalysis by the Subspace method, extract10orders natural vibration period and inherent frequency, which are compared andanalyzed with external frequency hoist gave, avoid resonance occurin the practical work. Using ANSYS transient analysis module tomake lifting process transient analysis that can get structuraldynamic response curve in this process. According to the velocityand acceleration curve could analyze the mechanical performance inthe start moment verify the platform structure has the gooddynamic performance.Based on the static and dynamic analysis of L type suspendedplatform make optimized design, determined the section coefficientas design variables, determined the structure stress anddisplacement as state variables, get the optimized platformstructure section size to reduce structure weight. Make fiveorders buckling analysis for optimized platform structure, thatcan get the corresponding critical load coefficient and bucklingmodes, and then analyzes the stability of optimized structure.
