With the rapid economic development, the elevator industry as the transportation up anddown in the buildings has developed rapidly and the number is increasing. Under the increasingenergy demand, energy shortages in all areas become one of the main factors.As a large energy consumption of the elevator, its operation consumption is quite amazing.Therefore, the elevator energy saving control technology has very important social significanceand economic value. The elevator is not only the main equipment of produce transport, but alsothe necessary traffic tools in people’s living and working. Conservation of resources is the basicstate policy of our country. The energy problem is one of the world’s most notable projects, theindustry also increase strength to carry out the green energy industry policy, and investment inhuman and material resources to solve the important problems of energy saving and emissionreduction. In the long run, the energy saving elevators drive system control algorithm and greenenergy saving energy consumption elevator control development is the need of sustainabledevelopment, and is the premise of the building energy saving social, environmental protection.In this paper, based on the actual building as the background, the elevator energy saving isanalyzed, and the main research work are as follows:1.Analyzed the running status of elevator control system, the influencing factors of energyconsumption of elevator, and the necessity and feasibility of fuzzy control applied to the elevatorpower control;2.Set up the elevator control system evaluation function of energy saving, made the four factorsincluding waiting time, acceleration and deceleration distance, elevator overall utilization andelevator start and stop number weighted average value as a new evaluation function, andadjusted the weighting coefficient according to the traffic condition;3.Research the practical control method of fuzzy control technology applied to elevatorenergy-saving, used the overall utilization and elevator start and stop number as variables andsummed up the rules and traffic pattern; carried out the fuzzy reasoning of the four factors indetail including waiting time, acceleration and deceleration distance, elevator overall utilizationand elevator start and stop number;4.Established the elevator control model, simulated the elevator energy saving method, andanalyzed the traction motor driving power system;5.Summarized the research work and prospected the next step.
