As the process of modernization speeding up, the building energy consumption has increased year by year. And the elevator energy consumption currently accounts for China's building energy consumption of seven percent to eighteen percent. Much has focused on elevator energy consumption in recent years. To improve the traditional processing method of discharge resistance of elevator energy feedback, this paper proposes a new control technology of energy-saving elevator.First of all, this paper focuses on the analysis of the present situation and development of energy saving technology, and proposes the elevator control system based on supercapacitor storage.Realizes the real-time control of the charging and discharging process of supercapacitor by DC converter circuit.Secondly, this paper designs the control system scheme of energy-saving elevator based on supercapacitor energy storage. Analyzes energy flow and status of the elevator traction machine under different operating conditions. The charging and discharging state of supercapacitor under Buck and Boost mode of bidirectional DC/DC converter is determined. Proposes the double closed loop control strategy based on voltage and current of the system. Focuses on the analysis of control strategy of bidirectional DC/DC converter under the two working modes. Through the establishment of small signal mathematical model, determines the loop diagram under the two working modes. Simulates Bode diagram with Matlab to determine the PI regulator parameters of the control system. Finally the system is simulated with Matlab/Simulink.Finally, the paper uses TMS320F2812 DSP of TI company to control the system, the controller generates the PWM wave theory, Introduces PWM wave generation theory of the controller. The peripheral circuit of controller is designed, and makes the program flow control system according to the control requirements.
