The traditional connection technologies can not satisfymodern large aircraft parts connection, so large parts automatic connection technologybecomes an inevitable trend for modern aircraft manufacturing, which can effectively increaseaccuracy and efficiency of the aircraft large parts connection. Therefore, research of automaticconnection technology of aircraft large parts has a significant significance. In this paper,scientific research is made the joint of automatic part which is focused on:A detailed description is the aircraft large parts connection simulation technologydevelopment present situation at home and abroad as well as the automatic connectionprinciple and automatic connection system composition. The aircraft large parts automaticconnection simulation model is built on CATIA platform, and then analyzing the postureadjustment error. For that it can accurately reflect the actual process of automatic connection.The automatic connection plan of aircraft large parts is designed. It mainly researches thereference components, auto-joint reference and the choice of two measuring methods. And itstudies and analyzes the measurement program planning and automatic auto-joint keytechnology.Strategy of aircraft fuselage automatic connection is researched. On the base of theanalysis on the principle of position and pose transformation, the algorithm for aircraftfuselage pose calibrating is researched, and method to resolve the pose equation is given.Posture and position adjustment trajectories of fuselage are optimized to investigate theinverse kinematics of the locator.At last, base on CAA language, further beneficial exploration of the secondarydevelopment of CATIA is carried on. Based on CATIA platform, it successfully resolves aseries of necessary and basic questions of the aircraft components connection simulationtechnology. And then developing an automatic connection simulation system of aircraft components based on CATIA platform, simulating and verifying the aircraft fuselage sectionautomatic connection process. |
