| Stamping processing technology is the main method of plastic processing, and plays avery important part in mechanical processing. With the widely used of stamping method andthe increasingly high level of the application, various industries for high quality of stampingparts demand is more and more urgent. Blanking theory is the basis of stamping process,which determines the advantages and disadvantages of blanking process, so the blankingtheory research is very necessary. Blanking clearance is a very important process parametersin the die design and blanking process. It not only affects the size of the punching power andpunching force, but also has an influence on the section quality, the blanking precision, dielife and the flatness of the blanking part.Therefore, in order to obtain blanking parts of good section quality and prolong die life,need to acquire reasonable blanking clearance value. This paper has designed a set of testingdie used to determine a reasonable value of the blanking clearance, which is stamped byseveral force plugs at the same time. So we can replace the stamping lower die withoutdismantling the mold, overcome the shortcomings of turning round and testing the moldseveral times in the traditional experiments. Based on this, we can provide different blankingclearance value for the test and make it possible to determine a reasonable clearance valuequickly and efficiently.Blanking process is different from other forming process and is very complex. It’sdeformation concentrates in a small area and with the end of fracture. In the course ofresearch, the geometric measurement, grid redraw and fracture criterion and similar basictechnical problems are encountered. According to finite element analysis for maximum stressand stroke curve of die, in accordance with the punch power and the blanking clearance rulesand combining with the test results on section quality analysis, the acquisition method ofoptimum blanking clearance value is got. |
