With the constant development of economy in our country, the development of space arms industry ushered in the great, as China aerospace ground equipment development and production units, Q golden period for development, enterprise production scale expanding year by year, tens of millions of output value from a dozen years ago has been gradually increase to more than twenty;Production of series of weapons and equipment have increased from a few to the nearly a year.Followed by weapons development and production cycle is shorten, progress to speed up the delivery cycle, increasing product processing difficulty, at the same time, the military to product quality requirements more stringent.In order to adapt to the new situation of production, speed up the production progress, improve the production efficiency, Q enterprise urgently needs to improve existing production management way, the optimization and upgrading of key business processes in order to improve enterprise’s competitiveness.Production of material as the first step of the manufacturing enterprise, facing the task parallel input, make no more cutting specifications, graphics and complex, difficult to cut, progress pressing situation.After cutting efficiency of the current Q sequence production progress has lag, so need to optimize the cutting process, scientific and rational organization of material production, for the order after machining, pliers, welding process, provide sufficient time to ensure the task is complete. All of these are for the production of the enterprise management put forward higher request, the original production management model and the production process has been difficult to adapt to the current model of product demand.Based on the Q enterprise production organization pattern as the background, the parallel cutting through the key business processes-blanking process research, analysis, optimization, to improve the cutting efficiency and management methods.The author’s main work is as follows:first of all, this article introduced the thesis research background and significance, elaborated the research contents and train of thought. Second, analyzing the present situation and problems of the production process of blanking workshop, find out the major problems.Third, combined with the actual production process optimization related theory, optimize the blanking workshop production process.Fourth, in case of the optimized process validation, to make a comparison before and after process optimization.Fifth, the conclusion andprospect.In this thesis, through analysis of blanking Q enterprise production process, complete the optimization of the cutting process, compression unnecessary waiting time, set between the staff and each working procedure is more reasonable, closer cohesion, efficiency is more efficient, more rapid production of material, the utilization rate of raw materials to get more ascension, better to complete the task type products of normal delivery.
