| Electro-optical stabilized sighting system has been used generally in battlefield, to deal with the complex battlefield environment.There are two ways to control the sighting system.One is part control,the other one is overall control. The product with overall stability control has the advantages of convenient installation, wide angle of reconnaissance.And the applications in vehicle is increasing year by year.The system has capable of isolating the carrier movement and other disturbing torque caused by line of sight jitter in manual mode and automatic tracking mode, in order to meet the requirement of the accuracy of line-of-sight stabilization.The control system uses an improved closed-loop flexible gyroscope as sensitive element.lt can effectively improve the system bandwidth and shock resistant ability, and the electro-optical stabilized servo system performance have been improved obviously.In this thesis, the content is based on a electro-optical sight project which is installed on a certain type of vehicle,and research the design of servo control system.By comparative analysis with the mirror stable control system, build the mathematical models of the mirror stable control system and overall control system. According to the simulation result,the article get the main factors that influence the stability of the system. On the basis of the requirements of servo system,the thesis has described a system with two axial correction function and correction network design.And through the experimental verification, the design of the servo system is feasible, it improve the vehicle electro-optical stabilized sighting system performance effectively. |
