In 2015, the car ownership of China was more than 160 million. At the same time, the number of traffic accidents also showed a significant growth trend. Traffic accidents depend largely on the performance of braking system. Traditional braking system has been unable to meet the demand of the new vehicles. As a product of new generation of braking system, integrated braking system has the functions of rapid response, simple structure and realizating Anti-lock Braking System(ABS), Traction Control System(TCS), Electronic Stability Program(ESP), which works as a new direction of braking system. The stability control and pressure servo control of integrated braking system are top research, and the basic of this paper.Dynamic stability control and braking pressure servo control are the key technology of integrated braking system. Based on characteristics of integrated braking system, vehicle stability controllers of ABS,TCS,ESP and pressure servo controller of wheel cylinder are designed, through offline simulation and hardware in the loop(HIL) test. The main research works are as follows:(1) The subject research: The foreign and domestic research status about the schemes of integrated braking system and its pressure servo control are researched for this paper.(2) The controllers for integrated braking system are designed: The ABS fuzzy PID controller, TCS fuzzy PID controller and ESP fuzzy logic threshold PID controller are designed for integrated braking system; Fuzzy RBF neural network PID controller is designed for pressure servo control;(3) Simulation platform for integrated braking servo control is built: The mathematical model is derived for integrated braking system; Based on Car Sim and Simulink, dynamic models of vehicle, braking system and simulation controller platform are built;(4) The offline simulation of vehicle control algorithm: Supercharging and vacuum conditions of wheel braking cylinder are simulated to verify the rationality of the fuzzy RBF neural network PID controller; Typical conditions of ABS,TCS and ESP are simulated to verify the rationality of vehicle controller;(5) Integrated braking servo control hardware in the loop test platform is built, and typical working conditions are tested: a) The hardware circuit of integrated braking system is designed, including: power circuit, minimum system, driving circuit of electromagnetic valve, signal acquisition circuit and CAN communication circuit and so on; b) Based on d SPACE and Car Sim RT, hardware in the loop experiment platform is built; c) Based on Hardware in the loop, supercharging and vacuum conditions are tested to verify the rationality of servo controller, and typical conditions about vehicle stability are tested to verify the rationality of vehicle controller.
