A Study On Building And Space Layout Of The Core Area Of Changchun Automobile Industry Development Zone

At present, the domestic and foreign construction of the Automobile Industry Development Zone develops vigorously. The construction of the Core Area, which is an important part of development zone, not only affects the development of the development zone, also drives the city’s development. So it is necessary to study the spatial layout of the Core Area. This thesis analyzes some relevant issues of the Automobile Industry Development Zone, and the current situation and layout of the Core Area of the domestic and foreign Automobile Industry Development Zone, through which gets the influential factors, functions and design principles of the Core Area. On this basis, this thesis takes the spatial layout of the Core Area of Changchun Automobile Industry Development Zone as the study case to promote the development of the Development Zone.The thesis consists of four chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the background, purpose and meaning of the research, the domestic and foreign development status and research content and method.The second chapter focuses on the basic issues of the Core Area of the Automobile Industry Development Zone. Firstly defines the concept of Auto Industry Development Zone, construction purpose and characteristics; secondly puts forward the concept of the Core Area of Automobile Industry Development Zone and characteristics; finally takes the Shanghai International Automobile City and Motor City in Wolfsburg Germany as the study cases.The third chapter analyzes the spatial layout and design principles of the Core Area of Automobile Industry Development Zone. Also analyzes the influential factors of the spatial layout of the Core Area from four aspects:the function orientation, natural environment, traffic and industrial demand. Summarizes the six core elements as well as their combination form, finally puts forward the design principles of space layout of the Core Area.The fourth chapter studies the spatial layout of the Core Area of Changchun Automobile Industry Development Zone. Firstly introduces the general situation of Changchun Automobile Industry Development Zone and the Core Area; secondly analyzes the spatial layout of the Core Area from the macro and micro aspects; finally summarizes the spatial layout of the Core Area of Changchun Automobile Industry Development Zone.
