Research On The Spatial Layout Of Anqing Economic And Technological Development Zone Based On The Integration Of Production And City Level

In view of the problem of "separation of production cities" and "industrial agglomeration and population agglomeration" in the process of rapid urbanization in China,the "national new urbanization plan(2014-2020)" points out the way of "the integration of the population at the same time of the agglomeration of the industry and the prevention of the hollow of new town".Anqing economic and Technological Development Zone is a national economic and Technological Development Zone,and has made some achievements.But it also faces the problem of "separation of production and city".Based on this,this study first combed the relevant theoretical results of "foreign economic and Technological Development Zone" and "production city integration",focusing on the outstanding cases of foreign production city integration,as the experience of China's economic and Technological Development Zone transformation,such as the Singapore weft city and the Dortmund Phoenix New Area in Germany,to find these products.In the beginning,the industrial park is integrated into the concept of production city integration,focusing on the mixed development of land,and configuring perfect service facilities to form a more functional comprehensive area.Then through the domestic development zone development theory,the production city integration practice,and the Suzhou Industrial Park and other case studies,it is concluded that the "production city separation" in the economic and Technological Development Zone of our country exists two levels,one is the relationship with the city,and the two is the inner space level.The relationship between the first level and the city and the relationship with the mother city have gone through two stages,namely,the "isolated island" and "the enclave" stage,and to the integration stage of the space between the development zone and the mother city.The internal space level of the second levels is a summary and analysis of the problems of "separation of production cities",such as structural imbalance,functional isolation,lack of facilities and unhumanization of roads.Through the interpretation of the status quo,the built area of Anqing economic and Technological Development Zone is located in the urban area,and has been developed and completed inside.The newly built area is in the initial stage of construction in the suburbs.In view of the problems faced by these two areas,the paper puts forward the spatial layout strategy of Anqing economic and Technological Development Zone from the two levels of the relationship with the urban area and the spatial distribution of their own.First,in relation to the urban area,the built area should consider not only the relationship with the city that it relies on,but also the role it plays in the large area if necessary.Its function orientation,functional organization,space structure and public service should be fully coordinated with the urban area.The road traffic organization should connect with the city perfectly,and finally form a new city with relatively perfect function.The new area should proceed from the angle of the region and the whole city,carry on the function orientation,thus achieve the function of dredging or replenish the city function.The direction of the space development should be consistent with the development direction of the city.The road traffic organization should meet the needs of the material information exchange between each other,and form a comprehensive comprehensive function through the internal function.The new town.The two is the layout of the internal space,which includes the optimization of layout and overall development,the adjustment of land structure,the improvement of urban function,the integration of production cities,the establishment of multiple life circles,the formation of the space structure of "one district and many gardens and professional agglomeration",and the optimization of the road system and the perfect slow network.The whole process of space layout in the new area is directly integrated into the concept of "production city integration" in advance,in order to integrate the land use standard of the urban area,the space structure is coordinated with the main city area,and the three level service system is constructed,the neighborhood center is configured,and the public transportation is led to the mixed land development and utilization,and the diverse combination space is constructed.Based on the principle of livable environment,we should improve the quality of the environment and create a pleasant living environment.
