As environmental issues become the focus of attention of the global, the world rapiddevelopment of wind power technology, wind turbine unit capacity of increasing thevariable pitch wind turbine for the wind turbine market mainstream models. By variablepitch can stable generator power output and reduce the unit dynamic load control strategyhas become a large-scale wind turbine research difficult and critical. Study the3MWdoubly-fed variable speed pitch for the wind turbine, thorough study of the unified variablepitch and independent pitch control strategy from the unbalanced load control reduce windturbines run by independent pitch, to stabilize the generator output power.Firstly, the study based on extensively reviewed the literature at home and abroad, athome and abroad on the development status of wind turbine pitch control systems, as wellas some representative control method. The works as well as the mathematical model ofthe wind turbine, and analyzes the importance and necessity of the study variable pitchcontrol system research.Secondly, by wind turbine air kinetic theory, the establishment of wind turbines eachpart subsystem of the mathematical model, analysis of wind motor group’s output powerand withstand the relationship between the load and wind speed, put forward based on thepower of the deviation of the free model unified change paddle from the control method, tosolve the wind electricity instability and the output power of the unit under load larger.Based on the pitch of wind turbine pitch control requirements and model control theory,make unified variable pitch controller design. At the same time, unified with the traditionalapplication of PID variable pitch comparison controller in Matlab/Simulink simulation,to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the system program. The simulation resultsshow that no model based on power deviation unified variable pitch stable power outputand better to reduce the unit load.Last, wind turbine has strong nonlinear and disturbance characteristics, in order tobetter improve the wind turbine to withstand the aerodynamic loads and guarantee stablepower output, load measurement based on the blade root model based on model unifiedvariable pitch independent pitch control strategy, design independent pitch controller, it does not rely on the accurate mathematical model of the wind wheel, a better solution tothe nonlinear coupling of wind wheel dynamic load and load measuring time delays.Pitch away from the validity of the controller in order to verify that this paper modelindependent3MW doubly-fed wind turbine simulation test and use Bladed testindependent variables and PID pitch controller contrast. The simulation results show thatthe model independent variable pitch controller can effectively reduce wind turbines towithstand the aerodynamic loads, to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the controlstrategy.
