High-voltage current-Limiting fuse use quartz sand as arc extinguishing medium,fondant sealed in a quartz sand in structure,arc electric produce when fuse burnout,arcsurrounding by the quartz sand extrusion and Limits the arc diameter,rapidly cooling thearc,fuse moving more than70times faster compared to equal rated parameters of circuitbreaker,that is the important reason why High-voltage current-Limiting fuse has not beenreplaced。Although the high-voltage current-Limiting fuse has a very strong short-circuitcurrent Limiting capability, but the flow capacity is difficult to improve, since for fuse melt,flow capacity and short circuit current Limiting capability itself a contradiction,to improvethe Limiting current of fuse,through flow temperature exceed the standard is cannotevasive problem,sealing the quartz sand structure restricts the high-voltagecurrent-Limiting fuse the self rated flow capacity,for the present,domestic high-voltagecurrent-Limiting fuse rated current does not exceed400A。To solve this problem, a simple change in Length and shape of the melt trail can notfundamentally solve the contradiction,must be in the protection and technologybreakthrough。Drift type fuse use the high-voltage current-limiting fuse and Unicom flowability of the low-voltage fuses in structure,improving the rated current, so in order tospeed up the low-voltage fuse arcing, series inductance is essential in branch,when thecircuit appears the short circuit current,inductive can generate induction electromotiveforce to accelerating melt melting,after low-voltage fuse is fused,because the existence ofthe series inductance,current also produce over voltage acceleration high-voltage fuse arcin the process of transferring,thereby improving the current limiting capability。Accordingto different branch current calculate fuse arc time,using MATLAB system simulationmodel,through comparing the different inductance parameters under the over-voltage,gaining the proper inductance parameters, providing reference for product design。...
