With the continuous development of city modernization, all kinds of high civilbuildings’ structure become more and more frivolous, the using of pump unit’s power ismore and more big and the pipeline gets much more, in the process of working water pumpunits’ vibration will transfer to the adjacent room wall, floor, poles and beams. Thesevibrations produce a large number of noises which brings a lot of trouble to people’s dailywork and life. How to control pumps’ vibration and noise pollution more effective hasbecome an urgent problem which will improve the urban residents living quality of thesound environment.The paper study on a pumping unit vibration and noise control project in the basementof a high-grade residential area, start from the perspective of the vibration energy transfer,the power flow transmission characteristics of the pump vibration isolation system areanalyzed. Through consulting relevant literatures, according to the actual needs of theproject, establishing the dynamics model of a pumping unit of the layer vibration isolationsystem, and applied the method of four-terminal-parameter to analysis power flow transfercharacteristic of the vibration isolation system, finally obtained the power flow expressionof the transmission from the vibration isolation system to the basement. By usingsimulation tool, get the response characteristic function curve of vibration isolation systemfrequency, and then systematic analysis of the various parameters effect on the vibrationisolation’s regular patterns. And on this account, provide a theory for the design of thepractical engineering of the pipeline vibration isolation system, and puts forward thescheme of changing the hoisting type of pipeline vibration isolation to support typevibration isolation, through alter the different vibration isolation ways to change thevibration transfer path, for reducing the influence of vibration on the first floor residents. Inorder to choose a higher reliability vibration isolator, use finite element analysis softwareto analysis the different isolator static characteristics. Finally measure and analysis theactual result of the improvement scheme of vibration isolation, then record the results.By changing different isolation methods to achieve the purpose of change vibration transmission path for increasing the vibration transfer path, but also increase the damping,coefficient of elasticity and any other important factors which influence the vibrationisolation effect. The results show that change the vibration transfer path can control thevibration transfer effectively, and improve the efficiency of the pipeline vibration isolation,for controlling the vibration noise of the basement pump room, the support type of pipevibration isolation are more obvious advantages than lifting type vibration isolationvibration isolation, there are a lot of promotion value for this method.
