Asynchronous motor is widely used in industrial production as power equipment.With the development of technology, in the working environment of oil, nuclear power andother special areas, the high temperature performance of asynchronous motor is putforward higher requirements. The rise of temperature of the material makes theperformance change, and the change of material performance of asynchronous motor hasmore influence on the working performance, and also the motor design is put forwardhigher standards and requirements.To solve the problem that the performances of asynchronous motor declined in hightemperature, referring to the material related papers and data, this paper cleared theconductive and permeability performance of each component materials of asynchronousmotor in the high temperature environment, depending on the theory and performancecalculation method of asynchronous motor in the electrical motor and motor design, usingMATLAB and SIMULINK software, wrote the calculation and analysis program of hightemperature performance of the asynchronous motor, and established the SPWM variablefrequency speed control system, analyzed the influence of resistance stator conductivematerial changed with temperature on the stable operation performance, startingperformance and variable frequency speed regulation performance of the asynchronousmotor, meanwhile, analyzed the relationship between the electromagnetic parameters ofthe asynchronous motor and temperature changing, and then found the mainlyelectromagnetic parameters and factors affecting high temperature performance ofasynchronous motor. According to the calculation analysis of high temperatureperformance of asynchronous machine and material property in high temperature, thispaper offered a proposal for the optimization selection of the material of high temperatureasynchronous motor, found the optimization design method to improve the hightemperature performance of induction motor, designed a high temperature asynchronous motor and analyzed the normal temperature performance parameters, the magnetic fielddistribution and high temperature performance using ANSOFT software and calculationand analysis program of high temperature performance.Through the above calculation and analysis and high temperature performance ofmaterial, Some conclusion can be draw, such as:1) before the temperature rises up to theCurie temperature of magnetic materials, the influence on high temperature performance ofasynchronous motor by the electromagnetic parameters of magnetic materials whichchanges with temperature is weak.2) It is the major factor affecting high temperatureperformance of asynchronous motor that the resistivity of the stator winding materialincreases with temperature.3) When the temperature raises, the saturation degree of motormagnetic circuit declines, which affects the performance of the motor.4) The rise oftemperature make the starting torque and starting current decreases, and the startingprocess extension, and less impacts the frequency conversion speed control performanceand low frequency performance.5) An appropriate increase in asynchronous motor ratedvoltage can effectively improve the high temperature performance of asynchronous motor.
