In recent years, with the rapid development of power electronics, intelligent motorcontrol theory, the permanent magnetic materials and materials processing, permanentmagnet synchronous motor get rapid promotion and application. Permanent magnetsynchronous motor has many advantages of small size, low loss and high efficiency, basedon the need to improve their living environment, saving energy and environmentalprotection, and their research has important significance. With the development of society,the noise level of the motor has been identified as an important indicator to measure itsquality. Therefore, the merits of the noise control motor products will become a majorfactor in market competition. Thus, low noise motors will become one of the focuses onthe development and promotion of products.In this paper, considered the study of the domestic and foreign about noise andvibration of motor, vibration and radiated noise impact study low-power permanent magnetsynchronous motor air-gap magnetic field generated by the motor. Based on the finiteelement method, study transient magnetic field analysis, modal analysis and transientkinetic analysis of permanent magnet motor.First, study the mechanism of the electromagnetic force waves of permanent magnetsynchronous motor. For low-power permanent magnet synchronous motor, get harmonicanalysis of the stator and rotor Mmf and the resultant magnetic field and form analyticalcalculation method. Study the Fourier spectrum analysis of the radial flux density andradial electromagnetic force characteristics, the analysis of the number and frequency ofthe electromagnetic force wave. Combined with electromagnetic analysis calculate thenoise of the motor structure. And experimental results verify the validity and accuracy ofthe analytical analysis.Secondly, the permanent magnet motor modal analysis. By the analytical method andthe finite element method calculate the natural frequency of the motor structure, andsummarize effective way to calculate the natural frequency of the motor. Finally, calculation and analysis of the noise and vibration for the motor structureparameters, and get feasible measures and recommendations for the motor noise andvibration reduction.
