The latest large-caliber artillery are equipped with advanced automatic loading controlsystem which has complex structure, higher incidence of failure and is easy to be interferenceby various types of electromagnetic signals in bad conditions. So to protect the automaticloading control system can be stable and reliable work is particularly important. In order tomake the system working stable, having better anti-interference ability, and internal devicesdo not interfere with each other. This paper mainly adopts electromagnetic compatibility suchas grounding, filtering and shielding methods to this system for electromagnetic compatibilitydesign, to the EMC standards.This paper main work is: first expounds the concept of electromagnetic compatibility andgeneral theory, illustrates the nature and conditions of the electromagnetic interference, adetailed analysis predict the automatic loading control system in complex environment ofelectromagnetic interference types, including static, lightning, strong electromagnetic pulse,etc., and for different interference types, analysis of electromagnetic interference sources, to cut off the interference way to approach this system circuit protection.Then, based on the theory of electromagnetic compatibility, in view of the automaticloading control system, and carries on the EMC design, analyzed the sensitive circuit part ofthe principle and method of EMC design, mainly includes the power supply part, CPU controlchip, the digital interface circuit and D/A conversion circuit protective measures.Finally, the signal integrity analysis HyperLynx software respectively before and afterthe system simulation to the design, by the federal communications commission FCC andinternational special committee on radio interference CISPR standards, this system EMCsimulation, the results show that after EMC design optimization of the system relative to thenon-optimized system electromagnetic compatibility has a larger increase, meet the EMCstandard indicators, to verify the EMC methods in this paper has practical application value.
