The ground equivalent equipment is mainly used to simulate the interface betweenvarious system on the projectile and measurement system, producing digital signal and analogsignal when the measuring system needs self-test. These signals are used to verify thecorrectness of the various test functions of the measurement system. The typical groundEquivalent equipment have some of the features, such as a specific object, low utilization,high cost of production, single function and difficult to upgrade, etc. The paper was based ona project called the Equivalent equipment of the measurement system of a model, whileintegrating functional requirements of other equivalent type of equipments and looking for thedevelopment trend. Based on the above research, the article was dedicated to study andachieve a kind of the ground Equivalent equipment with more functional requirements,versatility, scalability and high reliability.After understanding the research and development trends of the automatic testing systemat home and abroad, the paper was designed from four modules, the overall program, thestructure of modular system, standardized communication protocols, as well as relatedgeneral-purpose circuit module. In view of some situation, such that the transmission speed oftraditional USB was lower, the interface was often caused a communication error because ofinterference, more error code, and PC software run easily crash and others, the device usedthe PCI bus to transfer high-speed data stably. The paper would implant modular thinking tothe specific structure of the board, So the device was divided as a PCI interface board,backplane, analog board, digital board, switch board, power board according to the function.The system used the programmable logic device FPGA as the core of each board to organizethe entire hardware circuit to work unifily. At the same time, it developed and optimized datacommunication protocol between all modules, which included from the computer to theequivalent equipment, and from the equivalent equipment to missile equipments. The articleused a large number of redundant fault-tolerant technology to ensure the reliability of the equipment in key modules and key parts. Through experimental verification and the entiresystem test, multi-functional equivalent equipment could be accomplished the missionrequirements of the equipment, and the multi-functional multi-functional equivalentequipment also has good versatility and scalability. At the same time, the system, that cangreatly shorten the development cycle of similar equipment, has broad application prospects.
