During the combustion engine working process, the dynamic property and emission performance would be influenced directly by the temperature distribution of chamber parts. Meanwhile, the chamber parts’reliability and longevity would be also decided by the chamber parts’temperature distribution. Therefore, when we study the combustion engine’s working, it will be a great significance to analyze the chamber parts’temperature distribution and heat transfer process. In this paper, our research object is diesel engine with high power density, and we developed the research of the material property and heat flux’s influence on diesel engine’s heat transfer. We use numerical calculation method and experiment approach to build the right analysis model. And then we use it to calculate the change of diesel engine’s heat condition. Last, we try to explore the regularity of heat condition changes of diesel engine’s chamber parts.The main jobs in this paper are:1. Using the one dimensional big plate model to study the material heat effect on heat transfer, and taking comparative analysis between the experiment result and numerical calculation result which calculate in different material property setting and heat flux setting.2. Building the finite model of diesel engine’s cylinder head, and taking the numerical calculation based on the foundation of the analysis of material heat effect above. And then we study the influence of cylinder head’s heat condition by calculating the cylinder head’s temperature distribution in different heat flux, different material property, and different cooling condition which contains the water flow and cooling gallery.3. Building the finite model of diesel engine’s piston, and taking the numerical calculation based on the foundation of the analysis of material heat effect above. And then we study the influence of piston’s heat condition by calculating the piston’s temperature distribution in different heat flux, different material property, and different cooling condition which contains the cooling oil cavity’s structure and coefficient of heat transfer.4. Exploring and summarizing the influence rule of various factor’s effect on chamber parts’heat condition. This will be the evidence to calculate the effect of coupling factor and design the chamber parts of diesel engine.
