Study On Enterprise Clubhouse

With the rapid development of the national economy and society, the development mode of enterprises continues to grow and mature, various kinds of enterprise clubhouse have appeared around cities as Beijing, Shanghai. etc. As a new architect ure type, enterprise clubhouse has a distinct contract characteristic of foreign commercial club, but rooted in Chinese Traditional Hall as to maintain the relationship between fraternity and people from same region.The origin, evolution and development of enterprise clubhouse are discussed firstly in this paper to define the scope of the study. Then a brief introduction about enterprise clubhouse according to different mode types such as operation, exploration, constructed form, landscape architecture. On this basis, four functional classification which reflects different needs of enterprise clubhouse are constructed, and ultimately the main point of architecture design are summed up with examples. This paper is structured as follows:Chapter one:Firstly this paper introduce the background and significance of the research, make an overview of the origin and development of enterprise clubhouse and clear the research content and concept definition.Chapter two:Detailed summary of different architect ure type of enterprise clubhouse are described,which were divided by different mode types.Chapter three:Architecture function and the corresponding spatial scales are dicussed. Based on the traditional service functions and business functional requirements, localization and growth of some new topics and traditional cultural reconstruction are discussed in detail.Chapter four:Architectural design method of enterprise clubhouse is detailed in this paper. Their common plane combinations are summed up. Multi-vocal space and transitional space design features of enterprise clubhouse are presented with examples.Chapter five:The development trend of enterprise clubhouse in future is prospected.The whole thesis contains about40000words,60pictures and charts.
