Study On The Clubhouse Of Residential District In Shanghai

Habitation is an important part in human life activities. Residential district buildings, which are half of all building area in cities, have played an important role in society development.With the rapid development of society economy and improvement of people's life, the communal of residential district have changed greatly. The appearance of community clubhouse has made a great progress in residential districts facilities built especially since our country carried out the policy of commercial houses. Because the clubhouses lie in residential districts and satisfy the needs of all kinds of residents, the development and administration of them is not only controlled by the overall plan and the population structure but also accorded with the building natural characters.The thesis reviews the evolvement of residential districts facilities. Through investigating the clubhouses of residential districts in Shanghai, many problems about them are discussed. At the same time, the size of site selection, function allocation, management and operation, building design and all kinds of aspects about them are analyzed. Finally, the factors influencing the development clubhouse in residential districts are generalized, which can be used as reference for residential districts design.
