As petrochemical of steel structure, the protection of petrochemical steel structure is especially important. Due to the steel structure of the refractory performance is poor, steel structure fire are facing and petrochemical hydrocarbons fire, warming fast, the temperature is very high, the destruction of petrochemical steel structure quickly, so to the fireproofing of the steel structure is now facing a big problem. To the fireproofing of the steel structure is mainly adopted in steel structure fire retardant coating surface coating. Foam after the fire, fire retardant coating form a dense protective film, cut the steel structure directly exposed to fire, extending the steel structure is not damaged in the fire. With the progress of science and technology, available in ultra-thin steel structure fire protection coating emerge in endlessly, the our country has not set corresponding specifications and standards, but because of its beautiful appearance, convenient construction and so on advantages is widely used in petrochemical, steel structure, so in this paper, which is the study of petrochemical ultrathin steel structure fireproof coating aging performance, hope you can to set norms and guide the construction have certain help.This article selected from four kinds of ultra-thin steel structure fire protection coatings, respectively, two kinds of coating on its good properties in ultraviolet aging, high low temperature freezing and thawing environment, fire prevention performance after the salt fog corrosion research. Three kinds of physical and chemical conditions respectively coating thickness is1mm specimens of3,2mm specimen1, independent of the physical and chemical test, respectively were observed before and after its physical and chemical phenomena of apparent. In physics and chemistry experiment is done, for each specimen combustion experiment was earned out respectively, observe its apparent phenomenon after burning, read the burning test duration, expansion ratio is measured. Through experiments on ultraviolet aging of ultra-thin fireproof paint for steel structure has the greatest effect in the fireproof performance, high low temperature freezing and thawing aging affect second, salt fog corrosion aging on its fireproofing performance is minimal. This test also verified the same paint coating thickness on ultra-thin fireproof performance of fire retardant coating, the influence of known coating thickness is2mm is better than that of the coating thickness is1mm.
