As one of the important areas of sustainable development, energy has a restraining effect on the economic development and social progress. Energy supply and sustainable development have become the national attention focus in the world. The shortage of resources and wasting, which caused by large quantities of consumption, have a negative effect on the sustainable development.Instead of sand and gravel resources, the waste concrete could be the building foundation material. Its recycling application can alleviate the resource utilization problem and, the secondary pollution can be avoided during transporting. Moreover, it plays a positive role on coordinating the development of economic and environment. It now, has become the hotspot for recycling application.Based on the separating process of waste concrete abroad, we choose the "heating-particle shaping" process to separating the waste concrete in this paper. In order to obtain the temperature and mechanical shaping time’s influence on the separating effect, we first analyzed the size distribution of waste concrete treated by temperature. Then the waste concrete was shaped in a certain temperature, and the size distribution of the shaped concrete was researched. Meanwhile, the aggregate compression factor was obtained in different temperatures, and we selected the optimum temperature in this separation process, and then we gained the optimum mixture of heating temperature and mechanical shaping time. Finally, we analyzed the foundational performance and parameters of separated recycled aggregate and recycled fine powder. They were both applied to achieve a simple of waste concrete recycling. All the results showed that, the recycled powder can be utilized, which separated by the method of "Low temperature heating-particle shaping" process. The workability of recycled concrete was suitable and the compressive strength was increased. The separated recycled fine powder could also be used as a cement admixture to decrease the amount of cement. The compressive strength of shaped specimen increased and it also had a good workability.
