With the development of China's economy,urban heating system has gradually become a major part of building energy consumption,so the search for renewable energy,improve energy efficiency is particularly important.Recycling of industrial waste heat can reduce emissions to the environment heat,but also can alleviate the current energy shortage and urban heating area is increasing and the heat source of the phenomenon of insufficient output.In order to improve the heating coefficient of the heat pump when recovering the waste heat,the way of obtaining a lower return water temperature has become a key factor.This paper first discusses the composition of the urban energy network,according to energy structure of the regional heating,analysis of the compression heat pump and absorption heat pump in the industrial waste heat energy use.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the connection way of the heat recovery of the heat pump in the first heat network and the secondary heat network.This method can solve the heat transfer and the project cost problem well.In order to analyze the temperature of the hot water network,this paper studies the comprehensive energy saving rate of the building considering the energy saving,outdoor temperature and indoor temperature,and analyzes the possibility of reducing the return water temperature in the case of indoor radiator being constant In the end.this paper selects a typical building in Harbin to simulate and compares the amount of heat dissipation equipment of energy-saving buildings and non-energy-saving buildings.In order to verify the effect of low return water temperature in the actual operation,this paper analyzes the actual water temperature of the central heating in recent years,and on this basis,derives the formula of regulation which return water temperature is constant.At the same time,a thermal station in Tangyuan County was selected for the test.The final test proved that the operation mode could meet the requirements of indoor temperature.In addition,this paper analyzes the indoor temperature imbalance of single-tube sequential heating system,and puts forward a kind of "upper and lower" time-sharing water supply operation mode.According to the heat balance equation of the room,the dynamic calculation of the indoor temperature The formula is derived from the reasonable run-time ratio of this mode of operation.
