Hydraulic technology is widely used in metallurgy, ships, construction machinery and so on.However,its disadvantages such as low efficiency and high heat productivity not only affect competitiveness and application range, but also waste resources and pollute environment. Therefor, study on the energy-saving technology of hydraulic system has great significance and necessity.This paper do basic research on the energy-saving technology of hydraulic power system, and the main work as follows:(1) The efficiency calculation of seven typical hydraulic systems is performanced and various energy loss and its characteristics are discussed. The main reason and energy-saving design mothod for hydraulic system are analyzed.(2) Based on analysis on a great of domestic-abroad materials, an overview of hydraulic energy-saving technology from5aspects, components, typical source, variable frequency hydraulic speed control system, energy recovery system and second regulated hydraulic system is disscussed. Then the developing prospect of hydraulic energy-saving technology is given.(3) The related experiment equipments were demonstrated and designed a testing system for high power hydraulic motor and its effectiveness is analyzed.
