Chinese automobile market develops the fastest in global scope. Chinaautomobile industry is planning to expand to overseas market, JMC business carshave been sold to Africa, South America market, accordingly overseas market andclients have higher requirement on styling, performance, etc. NVH is one of the mostimportant indicators which have great impact on driving comfort, overseas marketrequires more on power, fuel economy, exhaust and driving comfort to exportingvehicles. Otherwise, JMC product has higher noise level, cannot meet clients’requirement, after analysis we find the key reason: engine and the accessories s havecaused the noises interiorly. As to the issues above, I hereby analyze the interiornoises of some truck by LMS Test. lab software testing, verify the relationship ofintake system and interior noises. By optimizing the design of muffler structure, theNVH performance has been improved finally and achieved client’s requirement andthe improvement of competitive.
