| With the use of vibration screen and demand of industrial production, the Vibration characteristics become the most crtical factor to the screening effect.This thesis main studys the vibration problem of new type classification screen with elastic element.Based on vibration theory and dynamics, This thesis establishes Mathematical model of the research questions with mechanical knowledge, analysising the dynamic property of vibration system; Considering the affecting factors of the complicated collising dynamics, analysising the viscoelastic property of rubber spring in its collision oWith the amplitude change of screening vibration system, Considering the affecting factors(metallic spring K1ã€K2ã€rubber spring K3ã€precompression δã€Damping H) of the vibration collision system, the experimental study and the theoretical calculation shows that integrated the affecting factors(K1ã€K2ã€K3ã€Î´ã€H) of the complicated vibration collision system, the amplitude formula could be simplified as A=F/K1-Mω2-F阻/K1;during the K2ã€K3as the elastic boundary constraint, resonance occurs when the work frequency closes to the Natural frequency(ω=ω0=(?)ã€Ï‰=ω0=(?)ã€Ï‰=ω0=(?)〠ω=ω0=(?)), accompanying the abnormal vibration (abnormal frequency11.0Hz~18.6Hzã€25.1Hz~29.7Hz); among these abnormal frequencys the has one or more work frequency。Selectiving the rubber spring which used as boundary condition in the complicated vibration collision system as experimental study, the result shows that when the vibration frequency change between25and30Hz, the stiffness coefficient is500N/mmã€Creep changes from1.5to2mmã€Resilience changes from20%to30%, the amplitude of screening vibration system changes from0to1.8mm。The conclusion of this thesis provides theory and basis for the improvment and work of the new type classification screen。... |
