This topic is from the national high technology research and development program and deep sea exploration and work technology project, the main task is to research permanent brushless motor controller and the algorithm of the speed control, in order to improve the performance of speed regulation system.Firstly, this paper introduces the operational principle and the basic structure of the Permanent brushless motor. Then, Do the necessary analysis on the mathematical model and PWM control mode of permanent magnet brushless motor, and designed the motor speed controller based on ST’s high-performance micro-controller STM32F103and Fairchild Smart Power Module FSBB30CH60. The controller has excellent performance, compact hardware structure and perfect protection measures.In this design, in order to improve the speed regulation performance of the controller, the PI control algorithm is used to achieve a speed-current double closed loop speed control system, and we do some simulation research on the system. The main parameters determine the performance of the PID controller, the commonly used method of PID parameter tuning in engineering field—the critical proportion tuning method. And then combined with fuzzy control theory, and research available on-line tuning of PID parameters of the fuzzy adaptive PID controller, in order to ensure that the control performance under the premise, to reduce the difficulty of tuning of the PID parameters. In use of the Fuzzy Logic tool of Matlab to design the fuzzy parameter tuning logic, and made a simulation study, on the basis of the fuzzy adaptive PID controller analysis.The simulation results show that the controller has good dynamic and static response characteristics.The permanent magnet brushless motor controller software system uses a modular design, including master control program, the PWM modulation process, the current collection algorithm program, system monitoring procedures and so. The article makes a detailed introduction and analysis of each module functions and algorithms on the software system.Finally, in the laboratory, the design of permanent magnet brushless motor controller prototype did a lot of test to get a good control effect.
