With the development of economy, resource demand has increased dramatically, environment pollution becomes more and more serious, and resources are increasingly in short supply. Energy conservation become an important strategy of sustainable development. The development and utilization of mine water is one of the important measures. The paper analyzes many scholars research, summarizes some key problems in the design process and the key points of design standards of mine water-source heat pump system. When the mine production, it emit large quantities of mine water. The mine water is characterized by a steady flow and little change in temperature throughout the year. It’s a good low-temperature heat source. The mine water-source heat pump system has obvious advantages in the energy-saving, environmental protection and economic efficiency:replace the boiler heating, no combustion process, reducing the emission of pollutants; Use of a thermal coal mine in the water, thereby reducing the extent of the mine thermal damage; High utilization on the primary energy, significant energy saving; Cost savings is significant. Explore of mine water-source heat pump system has just begun in China. So it’s conducive to the development.Characteristics of mine water, the article describes several treatment methods of heat pump mine water and mine water supply water temperature and water flow impact on system performance, and determine the best operating conditions in the mine water. A mine water source heat pump system energy efficiency of several common air conditioning system, reflecting its energy efficiency. Life cycle cost method based on actual cases, a contrast to mine water source heat pump system with boiler+split air-conditioning system, two scenarios of operating costs, to reflect its economy. Play a guiding role for the promotion of the future of the system.
