With increasingly tight energy supply,energy saving,consumption reduction,improving energy efficiency,caused people more and more attention,waste heat utilization is an important measure of energy efficiency.In a gas heat pump system,the engine is the power source of the entire system,the engine use natural gas as a direct energy input,the output shaft to the compressor work,at the same time,produce a lot of heat,which part was taken away by the exhaust and released into the environment,the other part of the cylinder liner cooling water away.Based on the principle of conservation of energy and energy recovery,we can through an auxiliary water system,heat recovery this section,provide a source of livelihood as a gas heat pump sanitary water in the gas heat pump system.This topic through the various components of solar gas heat pump for heating system simulation study,analyze the matching sets of cylinder gas heat pump and cooler,exhaust heat exchanger,after heat recovery efficiency of the system and primary energy ratio.Selected a base civilian residential buildings of a district in shenyang,according to the basic construction load,to make the type selection design of the whole system,including the determination of solar collector area,the heat storage water tank volume quantity,gas engine selection and heat pump type selection preparation work.Respectively using Matlab software to establish engine,cylinder and exhaust heat exchanger cooler model,simulate the heat engine fuel combustion in cylinder,through the cylinder wall and piston and cylinder cover heat transmission accounted for 33%of the total quantity of heat,smoke away heat accounted for 31%of total calories.Through different engine revolutions corresponding to different cooling water temperature of cylinder liner cooling away heat,Increase per engine 100 r/min,the required cooling water flow increases 0.285?1.21 g/s,enables the loop to increase the temperature of the heating water,2?5 ?,circulating water temperature increased to 47~50?.Based on the rated power,the exhaust gas waste heat recovery is 0.7,to obtain the maximum energy utilization.Ensure the same rated power,the need to exhaust heat resistance controlled within 190.27 kPa range.Increase engine revolutions per 100 r/min,waste heat recovery area need to increase 0.173 m2.Cylinder cooling recovered heat can make the entire engine efficiency by 29.1%-32%;atmospheric setting system eventually discharged flue gas temperature of 200 ? exhaust heat recovery device can increase 18.7%~22.63%engine efficiency.After the heat recovery efficiency of the engine can reach 77.85%?84.25%.After the waste heat recovery system,primary energy ratio can reach 1.96 PER.Poor waste heat of gas heat pump units,compared with non waste heat recovery unit in 1.33 years of investment and operation cost are the same,if the system can run for 25 years,the waste heat poor heat pump can save 1.384 million yuan.Solar gas waste heat recovery technology of heat pump heating system can improve the efficiency of the whole system,primary energy utilization.The gas in the system is powered and provide heat source,saves energy,reduces the exhaust temperature and the pollution of environment.
