According to the new foundation treatment technology that composite grouting coal gangue pile in soft soil foundation treatment, through the indoor experiment analyze that the mechanical properties and engineering characteristics of the material for the piles are studied in this thesis based on the work of the senior. Discuss the reinforcement mechanism of the composite foundation with rammed expanded piles and the mattress level function and study on the factors influencing its strength. Preliminary discussion of the composite grouting coal gangue pile composite foundation bearing capacity calculation and construction technology. For details, the main contents are as follow:1. Laboratory experiment is carried out on the mechanical property of compound grouting gangue rammed pedestal pile material composed of a cement, fly ash, lime&gangue mixture. The relationships between compressive strength and ratio experiment, additive and curing time are studied.2. Analysis and research the mechanism of compound grouting gangue rammed pedestal piles in theory that the compound grouting gangue rammed pedestal piles reinforcement mechanism, expanded head pile forming mechanism, the pile compound ground reinforcement mechanism, and the mattress level function.3. According to the own characteristic of low intensity concrete pile and compound grouting gangue rammed pedestal piles and compound foundation discussed compound grouting gangue rammed pedestal piles’compound ground supporting capacity, the subsidence formula, the design mentality as well as the manufacture technical process and the construction main point.4. Through the work of the test site selection, field exploration, design and construction, and in-situ testing, and combining with the laboratory tests and field in situ measurement results. We analyze and verify the partial mechanism.
