Semi-inverse Covered Excavation method is a comparatively ideal method for metro construction. It has relatively little impact to its surroundings and traffic. Since the structure itself can be used as supporting system for enclosure construction, its rigidity is higher and that prevents possible deformation for enclosure construction and its surroundings evidently.Compared with other method of metro construction, it enjoys lower cost. These comparatively ideal indexes establish its proper place in modern urban subway station construction. This paper introduces three kinds of Covered Excavation method and summarizes the key technical problems and the advantages and disadvantages. At the same time, the stability of foundation pit engineering and deformation are summarized. Combined with Qingdao Wusi square subway station, the three kinds of Covered Excavation method is applied to the Wusi square station were simulated. Then a comprehensive comparison of technical and economic indexes of each scheme. We selected the semi-inversed Covered Excavation method which is suitable for the station as a research object. The next, the article analyses the stress change during the excavation of foundation pit and structural construction, And then the impact factors for pit deformation of semi-inversed Covered Excavation metro station is studied using this three-dimensional model. And sensitivity to various factors is evaluated using the gray relational theory. It provides some reference for the project.
