The overload problem is one of the researchers of the important issues of domesticand international road, also contributed to the road damage of the most important reason. Therefore, studying the interaction between vehicle and road under overload conditionsis a very important work to the current road researchers. Interaction analysis in thecoupled state is a new branch of science. Vehicle systems and road system are regardedas an interactional, mutual coupling overall system and the interaction between tire androad is regarded as the “ligament” of these two subsystems, and the dynamic runtimebehavior of the comprehensive survey of vehicles on the road structure in the elastic(damping), the dynamic interaction of the wheels and the road characteristics, as wellas vehicles on the road dynamic action of the law are considered. It is a comprehensiveresearch project on two areas of road engineering and vehicle engineering. This paper studied the analysis model of the relations of the coupled vibration ofthe vehicle and the road structure, at overload conditions, and dynamic responseanalysis of asphalt pavement under coupled dynamic load.First of all, to simplify theheavy vehicles for seven degrees of freedom vibration vehicle model, the road isdiscrete into a finite element model of the multi-layer system, and established thevibration balance equation respectively. Then using the vibration coupling between tireand road, the vehicle-road coupled vibration equation is set up. Then under theconditions of displacement compatibility of tire and road, the solver program of vehicles-road coupling vibration equation is created by the VB programming. Last, this paperusing the vehicle-road coupled vibration equation the dynamic load, transient dynamicanalysis of the structure of asphalt roads is solved.Computational analysis showed that, the node has demonstrated a certaindeflection value at coupled dynamic loads close to a node of the road, and the node ofmaximum deflection at the loads to the nodes, and the node is still a certain extent afterthe loads.Road tensile stress is sometimes positive, sometimes negative, butperformance maximum in the road surface and base. The maximum tensile stress occursmainly in the combination of part of loading position of the road surface and loadingposition below the road surface at the end of primary and cushion and cushion andsubgrade. As the same as vertical displacement, vertical dynamic stress is also reduced with the increase of road depth, and to the subgrade central the dynamic stress hasbecome very small.Vehicles in the process of starting and braking, road surface and baseforce in the greatest force, and grass-roots level of shear stress greater than the surfacelayer, and it become more evident in the vehicle when braking.
