With the rapid development of road traffic, urban road intersections congestion becomes moreand more significant, To ensure normal operation of highway traffic, the large-scale interchange hasbecome the trend to ease the urban intersection traffic pressure. With the development of theaesthetic standards, mature and widely used prestressed concrete technology, the interchange atpresent is not only to meet the needs of the traffic function,but also must meet people’s aestheticrequirements.In the urban road intersection, continuous box girder bridges have a wide range of applicationsand promotion,because its structure and properties with many advantages of large lateral torsionalrigidity, small deformation, linear smoothness and driving comfortable, its construction process issimple,and it has rational economic indicators. But there are also a series of questions, its designand key technology of the continuous box interchange needs further study.In this paper,firstly, researched the bending beam bridge reasonable structure form, pedestalreasonable decorate and wide box girder internal force calculation and transverse distribution ofprestressed steel beam decorate; Then, analyzed the hollow high piers of stability, put forward thealien concrete box girder bridge reasonable calculation mode;Nextly, analyzed the concrete boxgirder crack construction phase proposed the prevention measures;Finally, researched the prestressedgirder pipe friction loss test, raised the city overpass industrialization short line constructiontechnology of prefabricated assembly. And from long term method and short line box beam of thecomparison of the legal system, put forward the method of precast block short box girder principle,given section box girder construction technology, processes and segmental box girder prefabricatedquality inspection standard, the design and construction of the bridge to provide the scientific basis.
