In recent years, with the increase of the national highway projects, there’re more andmore tunnel projects. Tunnel construction has been developed unprecedentedly inquality and quantity, but at the same time the tunnel construction process’s securityproblems are more and more outstanding. This article has been adapted from thedomestic and foreign tunnel construction’s experiences and research findings on thehazard identification and control, which relies on the B3tunnel risk assessment projectof Chongqing Fengdu to Pillars highway. It is based on the hazard identification, controland management, around the risks and field management related problems which thetunnel construction may encounter have been deeply studied. The research results havereferential significance in guiding the future tunnel construction risk identification andsafety management.The research of this paper mainly focused on the following aspects:1、With the collections and analysis of the typical tunnel construction safety accidentcases, the paper analyses the main risk sources, the conditions of risk factors etc; Studythe mechanism of the tunnel risks to provide basis for the tunnel risk assessment.2、With the analysis of the conditions for risk factors occurrence, combined withgeological factors, construction factors and many other factors, the paper analyses whatgrades are required for risk factors; And the field survey and related standard querysuggest countermeasures of tunnel construction risks; Finally, with the analysis of themechanism of the tunnel risks, the paper puts forward the early warning system oftunnel construction.3、This paper, combined with risk identification, risk assessment and riskcountermeasures, analysising the probability of risk after risk treatment and assessingthe acceptable risk levels.4、Through the WenJiaLiang tunnel construction safety risk, combined with the actualsituation to research the risk source in tunnel construction. More over, it selects the keyrisk and controls it before it happens to reduce risk occurrence probability. It’s based onthe acceptable risk levels, provides for the construction units risk management opinions,and guides management of the construction site. Through the combinations of risk listand field construction, we can get the risk information feedback to verify the reliabilityof the field management. 5、In order to measure the highway tunnel safety level, build highway mountaintunnel safety evaluation system,and through the collection of a large number ofconstruction site safety management of information, combined with the project, buildmore perfect, more system, more practical tunnel construction dynamic risk evaluationmodel,used to analyze in mountain tunnel construction exists or is a potential securityrisk,and put forward solutions to avoid highway mountain tunnel risk accident, establishhighway mountain tunnel construction dynamic risk evaluation system.
